抑郁障碍与广泛性焦虑的非匹配负波比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁障碍(DD)和广泛性焦虑(GAD)患者非匹配负波(MMN)的特点。方法:应用美国NicoletBravo脑诱发电位仪,对69例DD组、41例GAD组和58名正常人(NC组)的MMN作了检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,DD患者MMN潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。与此,GAD组的MMN潜伏期变化方向与DD一致。结论:MMN技术可作为P300检测的一种补充手段,MMN和P300联合应用可作为DD和GAD患者临床应用检测指标。Objective ： To investigate the characteristics of mismatch negativity in patients with depression disorder（DD） and patients with generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）. Methods：Using Nicolet Bravo instruments, the MMN was elicited from 69 DD patients,41 GAD patients and 58 normal controlers. Results ： Compared with NC group, DD group showed prolonged MMN latency （P 〈 0. 01 ） and decreased MMN amplitude （P 〈0. 05 ）, and GAD group also showed prolonged MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitude. Conclusion：MMN could be a supplementary index of P300 .Combining use of MMN and P300 might be useful for detecting of DD and GAD.
