摘 要:为满足提速线路最高行车速度250km.h-1的要求,研究截止波长为70m的轨道长波不平顺检测技术。选择合适的电路参数设计模拟滤波器。根据模拟滤波器的性能、传感器精度、70m截止波长和±1mm检测精度的要求,确定轨检车最低检测速度为40km.h-1。设计以三角窗为基窗、各窗函数并联、截止波长为70m的数字滤波器,并编程实现;对现场检测数据进行频谱分析,证明设计的数字滤波器滤波效果良好。检测的轨道长波不平顺以波形图和浏览波形图显示,并用于评价轨道质量。通过在轨检车上应用和现场复核,长波不平顺检测技术满足提速线路检测的需要。To meet the need of the speed-up railway with the highest running speed up to 250 km·h^-1 , a new technology for measuring the long-wavelength track irregularity with 70 m cutoff wavelength was developed. Appropriate parameters were chosen to design the simulation wave filters. The lowest measuring speed of the track inspection car was given as 40 km·h^ -1 according to the performance of the simulation wave filter, the sensor accuracy, 70 m cutoff wavelength and the needed measuring accuracy of 1 mm. A digital filter was designed and realized with a triangle window as the base window, with the function of each window parallel, and with 70 m cutoff wavelength. The frequency analysis of the field measured track irregularity data shows that the digital filter is effective. The measured long wave track irregularity is displayed in two ways: a real-time waveform chart and a browsing waveform chart. The long wave irregularity is used to analyze the track quality. The on-spot test results coincide with those measured by the track inspection car, which indicates that the technology for the measurement of long wavelength track irregularity can meet the requirement for the inspection of speed-up railway.
