摘　　要：目的:探讨墓头回提取液对荷U14宫颈癌小鼠实体瘤生长的作用和血清VEGF的影响。方法:采用U14移植性小鼠宫颈癌模型,墓头回提取液按所含浸膏量分别为1500、750和375mg/(kg·d)3个剂量组用于U14荷瘤小鼠模型试验;用ELISA法检测各组动物血清VEGF含量变化。结果:墓头回提取液高、中剂量组及顺铂阳性对照组能降低宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠血清中VEGF的含量。结论:墓头回提取液具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Mutouhui extract on solid tumor in the animals and its impact on serum VEGF. Methods： U14 cervical cancer transplanted mouse was used as experiment model, different dosage of Mutouhui extract was administered to three groups of animal, 1500 mg/Kg, 750mg/Kg and 375mg/Kg per day. Serum VEGF concentration was analyzed with ELISA assay. Results： As the eisplatin treated positive control group, in high-dose and middle-dose of Mutouhui extract treated group can reduce the concentration of serum VEGF in subjects animal. Conclusion： Mutouhui extract has anti-tumor effects.
