顶空固相萃取与气质联用分析白车轴草中挥发性成分

摘　　要：目的:研究白车轴草的挥发油成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取与气质联用方法,分析检测了白车轴草中的挥发性成分,结合计算机检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,并用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出23种成分。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Trifolium ripens Linn. Methods： Used Headspace Solid-Phase Micro extraction and GC-MS method, analysis of detection of Trifolium ripens Linn in the volatile components. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The component in chroma togram was matched with NIST （ National Institute of Standards and Technology ） library and the relative contents in percentage were calculated by peak area normalization method, Results： The result showed more than 23 compounds were separated.
