摘  要:目的:研究白车轴草的挥发油成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取与气质联用方法,分析检测了白车轴草中的挥发性成分,结合计算机检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,并用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出23种成分。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Trifolium ripens Linn. Methods: Used Headspace Solid-Phase Micro extraction and GC-MS method, analysis of detection of Trifolium ripens Linn in the volatile components. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The component in chroma togram was matched with NIST ( National Institute of Standards and Technology ) library and the relative contents in percentage were calculated by peak area normalization method, Results: The result showed more than 23 compounds were separated.
