摘 要:目的探讨脉象研究的新方向。方法以53例健康受检者的颈动脉瞬时波强(Wave Intensity,WI)与桡动脉脉象参数的相关性研究为基础,通过对比WI与脉象仪的各项参数及其意义、检测方法、研究部位、检测部位的解剖结构、所获得的信息量等技术特点,分析两种方法在脉象研究中的价值。结果WI新技术与脉象仪参数之间具有显著相关性。但两者在检测部位、反映的信息量及分析方法等方面均存在差异。结论WI新技术与脉象仪的相关性研究表明中医脉象具有科学依据,WI技术可有助于中医脉象的深入研究,对"人迎"脉进行脉象研究和在现有脉象仪的基础上增加血管内血流流动的信息可作为脉象研究的新方向之一。Objective To explore the new direction on the study of pulse presentation. Methods Based on the correlative study of carotid artery WI and radial artery pulsography parameters of fifty three healthy subjects, the value of WI and pulsography on the study of pulse presentation was analyzed from the technique features such as parameters and their respective meaning, detect methods, study positions, anatomic structure of detect regions, the amount of information acquired. Results There were significant correlations between the new technique of WI and pulsography parameters. But they were different in detect locations, the amount of information reflected and analytical methods. Conclusions The correlative study on the new technique of WI and pulsography indicates that the pulse presentations in traditional Chinese medicine have scientific evidences, so the WI technique is helpful to the further study of pulse presentations. Study of pulse presentations on Renying pulse and the addition of the information on blood flow in the blood vessels on the basis of extent pulsography can be served as one of the new directions of study on pulse presentations.
