摘　　要：目的总结60例单侧唇裂术后红唇畸形整复的效果。方法对60例单侧唇裂术后红唇畸形采用综合应用各种局部皮瓣法进行整复。结果60例手术患者效果良好。结论60例手术患者整体效果良好,唇裂术后畸形整复存在一定的难度和复杂性,手术设计应灵活掌握,创造和恢复红唇对称性及两者协调关系是治疗的重要原则。Objective To make a summary of the clinical experiences of coorrection of vermilion deficiency after unilateral cleft lip repair. Methods Plerosis effects of various techniques for correction of vermilion deficiency after cleft lip repair on the patients from Oct. , 2007 to Oct. , 2009 in our hospital had been analysed. Results Sixty cases were repaired with local comprehensive flaps. All of patients felt satisfaction. Conclusion Vermilion malformation can be corrected with various vermilion flaps. The most excellent technique for correction of upper - lip vermilion malformation is local comprehensive flap.
