摘  要:目的探讨D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠下颌下腺β-半乳糖苷酶(β-gal)表达及凋亡细胞的改变。方法通过β-gal活性的检测,观察下颌下腺衰老细胞数目的改变;应用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测凋亡细胞,观察下颌下腺凋亡细胞数目改变。结果β-gal阳性表达以模型组最高,正常组最低;TUNEL阳性表达以模型组最高,正常组最低。结论D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠下颌下腺β-gal表达增加,凋亡细胞数较正常组明显增多。Objective To investigate the apoptosis of submandibular glandular cells and the expressions of β-galactosidase by TUNEL in submandibular glands of aging rats induced by D-galactos.Methods The changes in the number of senescent cells of the submandibular glands were observed through the β-galactosidase activity detection.Changes in the number of apoptotic cells of submandibular glands were observed by detection of apoptotic cells by TUNEL method.Results The number of β-galactosidase positive cells was the highest in model group and the lowest in normal group.The positive cell number of TNUEL was the highest in the model rats,the lowest in the normal rats.Conclusion The expression of β-galactosidase by TUNEL on submandibular glands of aging rats induced by D-galactose increased.The apoptosis of cells of submandibular glands was significantly more than the normal group.
