摘　　要：从南瓜中提取出的核糖体失活蛋白,因具有抗癌症和抗肿瘤等功能,引起了人们的广泛关注。综述了近年来发现的南瓜核糖体失活蛋白的种类、基本特性、提取纯化和药理作用。Ribosome-inactivating proteins （RIPs） , from pumpkin （Cucurbita moschata） , which has lots of biological reactivity, the application of the RIP in many aspects, such as anti-virus, and anti-tumor. The article mainly reviews the advancement of ribosome-inactivating protein types, basic characteristics, methods of extraction and purification, pharmacology, looking into the future of ribosomal inactivated proteins from pumpkin.
