摘　　要：使一个企业生存、发展，首先必须筹得一定资本。实践证明股份制是现代企业筹资和发展的最优形式；第二，遵循资本的特征，加强资产流动，促使资本保值增值；第三，要积极开展资产重组、资本运营，迅速扩充企业资本，扩大生产规模。The capital which is the substance for an enterprise, exisitsin any economic societyof market. Therefore, we will make an enterprise has its life strenget and develop in afavourable situation. Firstly, we must raise a necessary sum of funds. The practice proves thatthe system of shares is the best form which the morden enterprise raise funds and develop. Secondly, we must abide by the capital rules and speed up the flow of assets, so as to keepthe value and increase the value. Thirdly, we must actively develop the recombination of assetsand running of the capital, expand the enterprise's capital and develop the enterprise's scales attop speed.
