摘 要:文科类高等职业教育,是相对于工科类高等职业教育而言的,按照现行的说法,是为从事管理和服务工作的第三产业培养应用型人才的高等职业教育。近些年来,文科类高职院校虽然在数量上有所增加,在专业建设和人才培养上有所突破,但是与社会对这类人才的需求相比,还有很大差距。基于此,本文以创新思维为统领,从管理学入手,推及到哲学、教育学、心理学、经济学和社会学,坚持国内外比较研究和定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对文科类高等职业教育人才评价体系、人才培养模式内涵和人才培养模式等问题,进行了理论研究与实证分析。其目的在于突出文科类高职院校办学特色,更好地培养具有社会适配性的应用型管理和服务人才。The liberal arts higher vocational education, is opposed to engineering higher vocational education, according to the present argument, is higher vocational education engaged in training applied talents for management and service work in the tertiary industry. In recent years, although the number of the liberal arts vocational schools has increased, and achieved a breakthrough in the professional development and personnel training, in comparison with the social demand for such talents, there is a big gap. For this reason, this paper took innovative thinking as a guide, from the management, to the philosophy, education, psychology, economics and sociology, adhered to domestic and international comparative studies and combining method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, made the theoretical research and empirical analysis on liberal arts higher vocational education personnel evaluation system, the content of personnel training mode and personnel training mode. The aim is to highlight the characteristics of the liberal arts higher vocational colleges, and to better train social adapted application-oriented management and service personnel.
