甘肃省农村人畜饮水安全问题及解决对策

摘　　要：甘肃省水资源严重短缺,尤其是农村人畜饮水困难问题长期得不到彻底解决。近年来,由于经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,农村人畜饮水安全问题十分突出。分析了甘肃省人畜饮水困难的类型及分布,提出了解决对策,并以甘谷县西北部农村人畜饮水安全工程为例,详细分析了如何利用机井工程解决农村人畜饮水安全问题,以期提高农村人民的生活水平。Serious shortage of water resource in Gansu Province,especially the drinking water problems of farmers and livestock had never been completely resolved. Due to the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of people＇s living standards,more concerns had been paid to water safety. Based on the analysis of the distribution and type in water scarcity region,the possible solution proposal to solve the problem of providing safety drinking water was suggested. Taking the water safety project in northwest area of Gangu Country in Gansu Province for rural people as an example,the approach of using motor-pumped drinking water projects to provide safety drinking water for local people was analyzed and further their livelihood was improved.
