测定石灰性土壤有效磷的影响因素分析

摘　　要：分析了浸提剂种类、浸提剂温度、活性炭对石灰性土壤有效磷测定的影响,并着重探讨了分光光度法在土壤有效磷测试中应注意的问题,以期为测土配方施肥提供参考。The effects of the kinds of extracting agent,extraction temperature and activated carbon on the determination of available phosphorus in calcareous soil were analyzed. And the problems of spectrophotometry that should be paid attentions to in the testing of soil available phosphorus were mainly discussed,in order to provide refrence for the formula fertilization by soil testing.
