摘 要:[目的]研究贵州威宁甜荞麦中总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]以总黄酮得率为指标,采用正交试验设计,用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]最佳提取工艺条件为:以乙醇为溶剂,固液比1∶10,提取时间2h,提取温度75℃,在该优化条件下,甜荞总黄酮得率为0.35%。[结论]该方法操作方便,所需时间短,提取溶剂用量少,便于推广和普及,是提取甜荞总黄酮的有效方法。[Objective] The aim was to study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from buckwheat in Weining City of Guizhou Province. [Method] The best extraction techniques and conditions for total flavonoids were optimized with orthogonal experiment.Taking the yield of total flavonoids as indicator,the content of total flavonoids was determined with spectrophotometry. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:with ethanol as the solvent,liquid-solid ratio 10:1,extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 75 ℃. Under the above conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 0.35%. [Conclusion] The method was an effective method for the extraction of total flavonoids from buckwheat because it was simple and reliable.
