摘　　要：地勘单位长期戴有"事业单位帽子",有拨付的事业费或人头费,竞争意识、风险意识淡薄。随着国家机构改革,企业体制与机制也随之改革,现在地勘单位已参与到国内、国际市场竞争中,参与市场竞争就必须遵循市场规则,就会面临各种营运风险,地勘单位只有不断强化风险管理,规范市场运作,将风险管理贯穿并渗透于企业日常经营过程中。Geological exploration units have been wearing the hat of ＂institutions＂ for a long time. The operating expenses are allocated from the government. So there is lack of sense of competition and risk awareness. With the reform of State institutions, the system and mechanism of enterprises will also be reformed. Now geological exploration units have been involved in domestic and international market competition and participating in market competition, they must follow the rules of the market, and they will face a variety of operational risks. The geological exploration units have to continuously strengthen risk management,standardize the operation of the market and penetrate the risk management into the routine business of the enterprises.
