摘 要:为了探索中国高等教育的发展路径,构建大众化背景下高等教育质量标准体系,运用现代教育理念对高等教育质量标准体系的内涵及其构成要素进行了探析和划分。分析认为,大众高等教育质量标准不是唯一的,而是由多样性标准构成的标准体系;高等教育质量标准体系是由一般质量标准和具体质量标准两个方面构成:一般质量标准是不同层次、不同类型的高校共有的质量标准,具体质量标准是由若干个不同的质量标准体系构成,通过建立一套多样化的质量标准体系来衡量不同高校的教育质量。同时认为,高等教育质量标准体系的确立要在全新的质量观指导下,对高校进行科学的分类,适应社会需要和遵守市场规律,满足个体需要,形成各自的办学特色。Under the popular background, the quality of higher education is a muhidimensional compound concept. The definition of the quality standard for higher education is the unification of adaptability, diversity and development. The quality standard for popular higher education is a standard system composed of diverse standards rather than one standard. The quality standard for popular higher education consists of general quality standard and specific quality standard: general quality standard is the quality standard shared by different kinds of universities at different levels in common; specific quality standard is composed of several different standard system of quality that can evaluate the educational quality of dif- ferent universities by establishing a set of diverse standard system for quality. Under the guidance of new quality concept, to set up standard quality system of higher education needs scientific classification of universities, so as to meet the social needs, to obey market principles, to satisfy individual requirements and to form particular school-running features.
