摘　　要：详细描述了调距式电加热紫外固化设备的机械结构及其工作原理。该设备采用PLC实现P ID温度闭环控制,调距式的结构特点保证了浸漆的效果,人机界面的设计使系统操作更加人性化。同时,在环保和安全性上也考虑了各种因素的影响,提高了设备的实用性。This article describes the mechanical design of the adjustable-distance electric heating UV curing device and its working principle. With the help of PID temperature closed-loop control system and adjustable-distance structure, it guarantees the impregnation effect. It＇s also with friendly HMI design. Meanwhile, in environment and safety aspects, it considers all possible factors, which can enhance the practical characteristic.
