摘 要:萤光显微法常用于实验室研究胶黏剂在人造板里的分布,用这个方法作为人造板生产线品质控制的指标还不广泛。本实验利用萤光显微技术配合电脑图像分析,先测定实验室制作的一组高密度纤维样板里的异氰酸酯含胶量,再用同法测定工厂产的高密度纤维板里的异氰酸酯含胶量。实验室样板施胶量为2%、3%、4%、6%及8%的高密度纤维板各2张,3张高密度纤维样板是从工厂生产线上在4h之内不同时间取得。结果显示,实验室各种施胶量的样板,用萤光显微法测得的含胶量分别为2.06%,2.901%,4.00%,6.17%及9.07%,测得含胶量与施胶量的相关系数为r=0.996 0。用同法测得3张工厂样板的含胶量分别为3.53%、3.54%及3.56%,与生产时设定的3.50%施胶极为接近。本实验结果显示,萤光显微分析法可迅速并准确地测出高密度纤维板里的异氰酸酯含胶量,用该法检测工厂样板的结果表示,该工厂在4h取样期间内施胶情形良好而且稳定,胶黏剂效率高,产品品质优良。Fluorescence microscopy (FM) has been used in laboratory studies of resin distribution in panel, but the method has not been widely used as a tool for quality control in panel production. In the present study, FM in conjunction with image analysis was used to determine resin contents of a set of laboratory-made High density fiberboard (HDF) bonded with known amounts of polymeric methyl diphenyl isocyanate (PMDI) res- in, followed by monitoring PMDI resin content and distribution in HDF produced in a commercial facility with the same method. The lab-made sample boards were fabricated with 2% , 3% , 4% , 6% and 8% PMDI respectively, and the three production boards were sampled from the end of production line at different times within four hours. With the FM method, PMDI contents in the lab-made samples were determined to be 2.06% , 2,90% , 4.00% , 6. 17% and 9.07% , respectively, and the correlation coefficient between meas- ured resin content and set resin application rate was 0. 996 0. PMDI contents of the three factory-produced boards measured with the same method were 3.53% , 3.54% and 3.56% , which were very close to the set PMDI application rate (3.50%) during production. These results demonstrated accuracy of the method used for determining resin content in manufactured HDF. Monitoring HDF production with the FM method also indi- cated smooth operation and high resin efficiency during a 4-hour period production in this plant.
