河南省三点棍腹实蝇种群动态监测

摘　　要：以甲基丁香酚(Methyleugenol)、诱蝇酮(Cuelure)和水解蛋白(Hydrolytic protein)为诱剂,在河南省25个区县共计80个实蝇监测点对三点棍腹实蝇(Dacus(Callantra)trimacula(wang))的分布与发生动态进行了监测.统计结果显示,在河南省25个区县共诱集到三点棍腹实蝇760头,其中洛阳、许昌、漯河诱集的三点棍腹实蝇数量均在100头以上,是该虫轻度发生的区县.三点棍腹实蝇1年发生1代,种群羽化整齐,7月中下旬至8月上中旬是其虫口高峰期.经统计分析3种诱剂对三点棍腹实蝇的诱集结果之间无显著性差异.The quantity dynamics and distribution of Dacus（Callantra） trimacula（wang） were monitored with methyleugenol,Cuelure and Hydrolytic protein as luring agents in 25 counties in Henan Province in 2008,according to geographical location,climatic characteristics and imports and exports of passenger of Henan Province. The survey monitored the dynamics and distribution of Dacus（Callantra）trimacula（wang） of 25 districts and counties in Henan Province,a total of 80 monitoring locations of Bactrocera monitoring.The results show,it has lured a total of 760 of Dacus（Callantra）trimacula（wang） in ,in which,the number of Dacus（Callantra）trimacula（wang） in Luoyang,Xuchang and Luohe was all above 100 on average.Dacus（Callantra）trimacula（wang） developed a generation each year and emerged orderly.A single peak of its population appeared between July and August.Statistical analysis shows that the three luring agents has no significant differences in luring results of Dacus（callantra） trimacella（wang）.
