摘　　要：目的通过事件相关电位(ERP)检测,探讨抑郁症患者的执行功能。方法对22例抑郁症患者(观察组)和20例健康者(对照组)进行ERP检测,受试者需对稀有声刺激执行按键反应(代表Go反应),对标准声刺激不执行按键反应(代表Nogo反应),从Nogo反应中可获得Nogo-P_(300)波形,Nogo-N_2、Nogo_P_3即出现于Nogo-ERP波形中,对Nogo-N_2、Nogo-P_3的潜伏期、波幅进行比较。结果同对照组相比,观察组Nogo-N_2、Nogo_P_3潜伏期延长,波幅降低,2组相比差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Nogo-P_(300)可为抑郁症患者提供执行功能的依据。Objective To investigate the executive functions of patients with depression by detecting an event related potential（ERP）.Methods The ERP components were detected in 22 depressed patients（observation group） and 20 healthy subjects（control group） were required to press the keying when they experience a rare acoustic stimulus（on behalf of Go response）,and were not required to press the keying when they experience a standard acoustic stimulus（on behalf of Nogo response）,the Nogo-P_（300） potential were collected during the Nogo response,the Nogo-N_2 and Nogo-P_3 were collected during the ERP,the latencies and amplitudes of the Nogo-N_2 and Nogo-P_3 were measured.Results The latencies and amplitudes of the Nogo-N_2 and Nogo-P_3 in observation group were longer and lower than those in control group（P0.01 ）,there were significant difference in the latencies and amplitudes of the Nogo-N_2 and Nogo-P_3 between the two groups（P0.01 ）.Conclusion The Nogo-P_（300） components can provide the evidence of executive functions in depressed patients.
