摘　　要：贲门失驰症并发上消化道出血临床很少见,易误诊。现将我院收治的1例患者报道如下。Cardial achalasia with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is rare in clinic,and it is easily misdiagnosed.One case of cardial achalasia with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was reported in this paper.
