摘　　要：目的:了解椎管内副神经节瘤的特点。方法:回顾性总结华山神经外科集团医院1999至2008年经病理学证实的椎管内副神经节瘤病例特点并进行了国内外相关文献的复习。结果:椎管内副神经节瘤大多位于腰骶部,大多为良性肿瘤,临床症状和影像学特点和椎管内常见良性肿瘤(如神经鞘瘤)相比没有特殊性,治疗依靠手术切除。结论:副神经节瘤的诊断依靠病理学检查,绝大多数可以手术全切,预后良好。Objective： To study the characteristic of Intraspinal paragangliomas（IP）,Metbods：A retrospective analysis was made in 5 patients, which were selected from Shanghai Huashan Neurosurgery Group Hosptial bctween 1999 and 2008 and diagnosed by neuiopathology, We also reviewed relative papers, Results： IP always were located in lurnbosacral area and were benign traitor. There was not significant difference between IP and other intraspinal benign tumor in clinical symptom and imagcology feature, Operation was primary treatment for IP. Conclusion：The final diagnosis of IP depended on pathology, Most o f IP could be total removed and had good prognosis.
