摘　　要：目的:研究本科生导师制的实施情况,为今后更好实施本科生导师制提供参考。方法:以新乡医学院公共卫生学系实施本科生导师制的学生为研究对象,通过座谈、问卷调查等方法对本科生导师制实践情况进行研究。结果:加入导师组后,导师从各个方面对学生进行了认真指导,收到了很好的效果,其中导师对学生的人生指导方面需要进一步加强。结论:实施本科生导师制后有利于学生学习、科研、人生等方面的提高。Objective：To analyze the scientific research effect of students participated in the Undergraduate Tutorial System （UTS） and to provide scientific basis to the succeeding implementation of UTS.Methods：Students participated in the UTS of Department of Public Health were elected and investigated by a questionnaire and an inquiry to probe into the practice of UTS.Results：The effects of UTS were evident aftex the students joined in the UTS since they received rotors＇ instructions from every aspect. Instructions from the aspect of life still need enhancing, Conclusion：UTS improved the students＇ learning and enhanced their competence of scientific research.
