摘  要:目的:了解豚鼠内淋巴囊表面的脉管及其粘膜下层结构对内耳功能的影响。方法:用碳素墨水加0.1mol·L-1甲醛进行左心室灌注,将豚鼠的颞骨标本用冬青油透明并进行显微检查及透射电镜检查。结果:内淋巴囊表面有非常丰富的血管网,而且与乙状窦有很密切的联系。内淋巴囊周围被毛细血管、微静脉、静脉和个别微动脉形成的一个细密的环状血管网所包绕。毛细血管周围有丰富的淋巴窦。毛细血管与淋巴窦构成一个完整、细密的网状结构。结论:内淋巴囊不仅是代谢非常活跃的器官,而且粘膜下丰富的淋巴窦与血管网可缓解压力变化对内淋巴造成的影响,借此来维持内淋巴的内环境稳定。提示梅尼埃病可能就是各种原因引起内淋巴囊血液循环障碍,使内淋巴囊的物质交换功能障碍。Objective: To investigate the submucosal structure of the endolymphatic sac (ES), so as to analyse the role of ES in the function of inner ear. Methods: The temporal bones of the guinea pigs were cleared in methyl salicylate and inspected under a stereomicroscope. The ultrastructure of endolymphatic sac was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: The extensive vascular system around the sac has compact contacted with sinus sigmoid. Its submucosal space comprised both arterioles and venules, as well as lymphatic sinus. Conclusion: The ES is a very metabolically active structure and has a pressure regulating function. The disturbance of endolymphatic resorptive function seems to result endolymphatic hydrops after the vascular supply poverty of endolymphtic sac. It's may be the causative factor of Ménière's disease.
