中医学“正气”源流考

摘　　要：目的:考证辨析中医学"正气"源流。方法:采用文献学研究方法。结果:"正气"属中医学的一个基本概念,其内涵十分丰富。结论:经考察,《内经》中"正气"多指代"神气"、"真气"、"精气"。后世在此基础上扩大了"正气"的内涵,多指代"正风"、"胃气"以及"与人体相和之气"等;"正气"多与"邪气"作为对应的一组概念出现,在临床四诊中处处体现"正气"指导临床实践的重要作用。另外还引申为"刚正之气",体现了一股强大的生命力,是充塞于天地之间的"浩然正气"。Objective：To investigate and explain of origin and development of the meanings of Vital Energy in TCM.Methods：Use the philological methods.Results：The vital energy was a concept,which was part of TCM,and it had rich connotative meaning.Conclusion：It almost in accord with ＂Shen-qi＂,＂Zhen-qi＂,＂Essence-qi＂ in The Yellow Emperor＇s Classic of Internal Medicine.Furthermore,it had others connotative meanings in the historical course,such as ＂The normal climate in nature＂,＂Stomach-qi＂and ＂A sort of physical qi＂,etc.ln addition,the Vital Energy and the evil-qi was a set of opposite concept,and played an important role in clinical practice.Moreover, its extended meaning was ＂Rhadamanthine -qi＂,which was reflected in high viability, such as ＂noble spirit＂,which was a sort of up-and-coming attitude and obligatory hraveness.
