摘　　要：目的:探求逍遥散在妇科临床运用的规律。方法:通过对1999-2009年10年有关逍遥散治疗妇科疾病研究方面文献的归纳、整理,分析其在妇科临床研究中的运用规律。结果:在纳入的153篇报道中,涉及妇科相关疾病多达31种。其中与月经相关的疾病最多,达9种;总观察病例数以乳腺增生最多,达6617例;临床总有效率达90%以上的疾病有25种。结果:逍遥散在妇科疾病治疗中应用广泛,且临床效果较好。Objective： To explore the application rules of Xiaoyaosan in treating Gynecological disease. Methods： On basis of collecting and analyzing the literature of Xiaoyaosan in treating Gynecological disease from year 1999 to year 2009, to discuss the clinical study rule of Xiaoyaosan. Results： 31 Kinds of Gynecological disease were recorded in 153 selected articles, and the menses-related diseased were 9 kinds. The cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were the most,amounted to 6 617.The kinds of disease that total effective rate reached 90% were 25. Conlusion： The application of Xiaoyaosan in treating Gynecological disease was extensive, and it achieved good effect.
