摘　　要：本文以高校大学生余暇体育行为为主要研究内容,运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,旨在为提高大学生体质、促进高校余暇体育的开展提供参考。This paper uses questionnaires,literature,interviews and other research methods to investigate extracurricular sports activities of college students,aiming at providing reference for improving college students’ physical fitness,and extracurricular sports activities in colleges.
