几种简化的“三低”油田油气集输工艺

摘　　要：油田丰度低、产油量低、开发经济效益低的“三低”油田如套用常规的油气集输流程，必将造成成本过高，投资回收期长，甚至很难回收的局面。大庆油田通过技术攻关，采用了单管环状电加热集油、单管树状电加热集油、单管电加热混输泵循环集油３项简化流程以及单井拉油，并简化了原油处理工艺，取得良好的经济效益。Abstract If the traditinal process of gathering and transferring oil and gas is taken in poor oil field with the low reservoir density, low oil production and low exploitation economic benefit, the too high cost and too long period for returning investment will be certainly caused and even the investment is difficult to be returned. Through technical improvement of Daqing oil field, three simplified processes including the collecting oil through single pipe with loop electrical heater, with electrical heater in tree form, with electrical heater and mixing delivery pump and extracting oil through single well are taken. Also the crude oil treatment process is simplified so that good economic efficiency is obtained.
