摘　　要：目的:探讨形态记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:采用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折89例,并观察其术后疗效。结果:89例髌骨骨折病人,经随访骨折平均愈合时间8周,膝关节功能恢复时间平均7.5周。功能达到优78例,良8例,可3例。优良率96.6%。结论:记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折疗效确切,并发症少,适用于各种类型的髌骨骨折,可早期行膝关节功能锻炼,关节功能恢复满意。Objective：To explore the effect of the treatment of the patellar fracture with the memory alloy patellar holder.Methods：89 patients with patellar fracture was treated with the memory alloy aptellar holder,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results： 89 cases were operated,observation found the main everage time of recover fracture union was 8 weeks and knee joint rehabilitation was 7.5 weeks.78 cases were evaluated as excellent,8 as good,3 as passable.Conclusion：The memory alloy patellar holder can be applied with better results to heal all kinds of patellar fracture with few Complications .It can makes functional exercise earlier and joint function resume is satisfild.
