摘 要:西门子公司于去年开发了一款用于地铁车辆的新型动力Syntegra转向架,这种创新的转向架以永磁同步电动机直接驱动轮对为主要特点,并且将走行、传动和制动三大部分集成于电机轮对系统中,提高了系统的可靠性。对装有Syntegra转向架的动车从理论上进行轴重转移分析计算,并将得到的各轴轮对增(减)载量与实验结果相比较。对比结果表明,Syntegra转向架的轴重转移现象在短轴距的情况下要明显小于同轴距齿轮传动方式的动力转向架。A new power bogie Syntegra for metro vehicles was developed by Siemens last year.This innovative bogie is characterized by the permanent-magnet synchronous motor driving directly the wheel set,and the running,driving and braking parts all integrated into the motor-wheel set system,so that the higher reliability can be achived.Theoretical analysis and calculations are done to the axle load transfer of motor car with the Syntegra bogie.The increasing(decreasing) amount of wheel load obtained by calculation was compared with that by experiments.The comparison results show that axle load transfer of the Syntegra is obviously lower than that using gear drive on short wheelbase.
