摘　　要：在中部崛起过程中,中部崛起对区域内高校图书馆文献信息资源的需求日趋增长,呈现出形式各异、层次多元化的特点,而中部高校图书馆文献信息资源建设的快速发展和创新服务,以及区域信息网络的构筑使之成为中部崛起强有力的信息保障。In the process of the central China rising, the demand for the literature resources in the middle region academic libraries is increasing day by day and shows the features of different forms and muhiple levels, and the fast development of the literature resources construction and innovation service in the middle region academic libraries, as well as the construction of the region information network become the powerful information guarantee for the rising of central China. 7 refs.
