摘　　要：文章从高校图书馆导读工作的目标定位出发,概述了高校图书馆对大学生开展导读工作的重要性,探讨了高校图书馆开展导读工作以提高大学生阅读兴趣、营造良好阅读氛围的方法。Starting from the orientation of the guiding work in academic libraries, this paper provides an overview of the importance of develophag guiding work in students in academic libraries and discusses the methods of developing guiding work in students to improve students＇ readhag interest and to make good reading environment in academic libraries. 3 refs.
