自拟清肠凉血汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎活动期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟清肠凉血汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将66例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组口服清肠凉血汤;对照组予美沙拉嗪控释剂。两组均治疗4周,观察两组临床疗效及中医主要症状积分。结果治疗组临床疗效及中医主要症状改善情况明显优于对照组。结论清肠凉血汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎具有良好疗效,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingchangliangxue Decoction on active ulcerative colitis. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （received Qingchangliangxue Decoction） and control group （received mesalazine） . Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The curative effect and the clinical symptoms scores were measured. Results： The total effective rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion： Qingchangliangxue Decoction has good curative effects in treatment of active ulcerative colitis and no obvious adverse reaction.
