摘　　要：糖皮质激素治疗急性视神经炎的有效性一直存在争议,多个国家的学者为此进行了一系列临床研究。现就应用糖皮质激素治疗急性视神经炎的历史、治疗方法、副作用及影响预后的因素进行综述,以评价其治疗意义。The treatment of acute optic neuritis with glucocorticosteroid is always controversial ,so academician from many countries make a series of clinical trial. We make a review about the history of using glucocorticosteroid to treat acute optic neuritis, the treatment method, side effecs and the influence factors of prognosis to evaluate its effects.
