150户遗传病高危家庭分析

摘　　要：用遗传分析方法对１５０户遗传病高危家庭进行了分析。结果：１５０户高危家庭共包括２８种遗传病，其中常染色体显性遗传病１３种，常染色体隐性遗传病８种，Ｘ连锁隐性遗传病２种，有遗传异质性的疾病５种。high risk hereditary disease families were studied by using genetic analytic methods.There were 28 kinds of hereditary diseases in 150 families,including 13 kinds of autosomal dominant hereditary diseases, 8 kinds of autosomal recessive hereditary diseases,2 kinds of X linked recessive hereditary diseases and 5 kinds of diseases with genetic heterogeneity.The recurrent risks of high risk families were discussed.Indications:Genetic preventions are necessary to high recurrent risk carriers and their families.
