摘  要:为研究育龄妇女输卵管上皮表面结构,应用扫描电镜观察19例妇科手术取出的处于不同月经周期的输卵管。结果:增生早期,输卵管上皮纤毛细胞数较多,无纤毛细胞粘膜面多向管腔膨隆;增生中晚期,纤毛细胞数最丰富,无纤毛细胞表面多呈球形、半球形突向管腔,突起表面微绒毛极少;分泌早期,纤毛细胞数减少,无纤毛细胞表面略膨隆;分泌中晚期,纤毛细胞数明显减少,无纤毛细胞表面较平坦,微绒毛短而稀疏。Oviducts removed from 19 reproductive women at different menstrual cycle were observed by scanning electron microscopy in order to investigate the surface structure of oviductal epithelium.Results showed that at early proliferative stage,there were many ciliated cells in tubal epithelium and the surfaces of nonciliated cells were rounded.At mid and late proliferative stage,the number of ciliated cells〖HJ*2] attained its maximum.The surfaces of many nonciliated cells had bulbous processes,microvilli were very few on the surface of the processes.At early secretory stage,the number of ciliated cells decreased and the surfaces of nonciliated cells were gently rounded.At mid and late secretory stage,the ciliated cells decreased obviously,the apical surfaces of the nonciliated cells were flat,and microvilli were short and little.The results indicated that there were cyclic changes on the surfaces of tubal epithelial cells during reproductive life.
