摘　　要：根据汽液平衡数据和相关的气相焓和液相焓数据,利用插值和迭代法模拟精馏过程,用Ponchon-Savarit法计算精馏过程,先根据物料衡算方程、组分衡算方程和焓衡算方程,利用迭代法精算每一块塔板上的汽液组成、汽液流量以及回流量,再分别计算塔顶冷凝器、精馏段、进料板、提馏段、塔底再沸器。在Visual C++环境中,采用面向对象的方法自行设计出精馏模拟软件,通过苯-甲苯二元混合物的研究,证明该法可用于模拟精馏过程,模拟效果较好。According to the data of vapor-liquid equilibrium, enthalpy of vapor and enthalpy of liquid to simulate the process of distillation by the method of numerical. The calculation of the process of distillation is applied on the method of Ponchon-Savarit. According to the equations of material balance, component balance and enthalpy to calculate the component of vapor and liquid, flow rate of vapor and liquid, quantity of reflux on every plate by the method of iteration. The calculation of Cooler, rectifying section, feed plate, stripping section and reboiler is independent. In Visual C ＋ ＋ , according to OOP method finished the simulation program. Through the research of benzene-toluene system, the result is fine and can use the method for simulate the process of distillation.
