摘　　要：从企业风险与预警的定义出发,分析了风险预警管理的演化过程,介绍了国内外企业风险预警模型的研究。从多元统计分析方法、人工神经网络(ANN)模型、系统动力学方法、支持向量机(SVM)模型4个主要研究方法对风险预警模型研究进行了综述,指出了目前研究的不足,并对未来风险预警管理模型研究的方向进行了展望。This article defines enterprise risk and early-warning at first, analyses the evolution of early-warning management of risk, introduces early-warning model of enterprise risk at home and abroad studies, reviews four major research methods on the risk of early-warning model studies： the muhivariate statistical analysis, artificial neural network （ANN） model, system dynamics method, support vector machine （SVM） model; pointes out the lack of eurrent research and predicts the future direction of risk-management models of early-warning research.
