摘　　要：目的：总结６例鼻部蕈样肉芽肿的诊治，探讨其病理、临床特点及治疗。方法：单纯放疗３例，放疗加化疗２例，手术加放疗１例。结果：存活３例，随访１～１５年无复发。死亡３例。结论：仅限于鼻部皮肤的蕈样肉芽肿，采用单纯放疗或手术切除加放疗，可取得良好效果；若出现淋巴结和内脏转移。Objective:To summarize six cases of granuloma fungoides (GF) occurring in the nose and investigate its histopathology,clinical features and treatment. Methods: Three cases were treated with radiotherapy,two cases with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and one case with surgical operation and radiotherapy. Results : Three cases survived without recurrence for 1 ～ 15 years and the other three cases died. Conclusion : GF only involving the skin of the nose can be treated with radiotherapy or surgical operation and radiotherapy and gets satisfactory results.But,GF involving lymph node and internal organs is almost always associated with a fatal outcome.
