大米蛋白肽对固始鸡生产性能、蛋白沉积及相关激素分泌的影响

摘　　要：为了研究大米蛋白肽对固始鸡生产性能、蛋白沉积和相关激素分泌的影响,选择发育正常、体重相近的1日龄固始鸡300羽,随机分为5组,每组下设3个重复。对照组（0组）饲喂基础日粮,试验组（1～4组）在基础日粮中分别用0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%的大米蛋白肽代替豆粕,试验结束时测定生产性能、蛋白沉积和相关激素含量。结果显示,添加1.5%～2%的大米蛋白肽能明显提高固始鸡的生产性能和体内蛋白的沉积（P0.05）,显著增加固始鸡血清中生长激素（GH）、三碘甲腺原氨酸（T3）和类胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）的含量（P0.05）,同时也使三碘甲腺原氨酸（T3）/四碘甲腺原氨酸（T4）的值明显提高（P0.05）。表明大米蛋白肽能提高固始鸡的生产性能和蛋白沉积,改善鸡的胴体品质。To research the effect of rice peptides on the performance,protein deposition and relative hormone secretion of Gushi chicken,300 one-day-age Gushi chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replications.The control group fed basal diet,the experimental groups No.1-4 fed basal diet supplemented with rice peptide 0.5%,1%,1.5%,and 2%,respectively,to replace soybean protein of same protein proportion.The performance,protein contents in feather and body,contents of growth hormones（GH）,insulin-like growth factor（IGF-1）,liothyronine T3 and T4 were detected at designed time.Results：Compared with control group,in the experimental groups of adding 1.5%~2.0% rice peptide,the performance and protein deposition are improved（P0.05） and the contents of GH,IGF-1,and T3 increase（P0.05）.It is indicated that rice peptides exhibits good effect on the performance,protein deposition and relative hormone secretion of Gushi chicken.
