摘  要:用分子蒸馏和柱层析的方法制备了大豆油甘油二酯(DAG)的标准样品,通过高效液相-电喷雾质谱联用(HPLC-ESI-MS)和薄层色谱法(TLC)验证了标准样品的纯度。用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)在UV=210 nm做大豆油DAG的标准曲线,在质量浓度范围1.0~12.0 mg/mL,大豆油DAG标准曲线线性良好。通过加样回收试验表明,加样回收率在104%~109%之间,RSD在0.69%~5.19%之间。并用该方法分析了大豆油、分子蒸馏DAG样品中的DAG。Soybean diacylglycerols(DAG) reference material was prepared by combination of molecular distillation and column chromatography.The purity of the reference material was verified by high performance liquid chromatography /electrospray ionization /mass spectrometry and thin layer chromatography.Results:The calibration curve of soybean DAG built by reversed phase-HPLC at UV=210 nm shows a good linear at concentrations in range of 1.0~12.0 mg/mL.Recovery experiments show the recoveries of samples are in range of 104%~109% with RSD in range of 0.69%~5.19%.The contents of DAG in soybean oil and its related DAG samples produced by molecular distillation were analyzed by this method.
