摘　　要：目的总结儿童恒前牙外伤的治疗体会。方法回顾2003～2008年收治的164颗恒前牙外伤分类,致伤原因,治疗体会。结果60例间接盖髓,72例直接盖髓,活髓切断,根管治疗,32例复位固定,均取得满意效果。结论儿童恒前牙外伤首先加强宣传教育。伤后应及早就诊。合理的诊断,准确的治疗原则是疗效的关键。Objective To summarize the children before the treatment of traumatic constant teeth.Methods Retrospective 2003-2008 before were 164 permanent teeth trauma injury reason,classification and treatment experiences.Results 60 cases of indirect pulp capping,72 cases directly pulp capping,pulp,root canal therapy,32 cases,obtained satisfactory effect.Conclusion Children before permanent teeth trauma firstly strengthen propaganda education.After the injury should go to hospital as early as possible.The diagnostic accuracy of reasonable,therapeutic principle is the key effect.
