摘　　要：目的总结显微手术外科切除侧脑室内肿瘤的手术经验。方法回顾性分析32例侧脑室内肿瘤的临床资料。结果肿瘤全切20例,肿瘤次全切12例,无死亡患者术后6个月随访按GOS预后评分。恢复良好20例,生活自理6例,重残2例,植物生存2例。结论侧脑室内肿瘤采用显微外科技术切除可提高肿瘤的全切率,减少致残率和病死率。Objective To evaluate the surgery experience of microsurgical resection of lateral ventricle tumor.Methods A retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 32 cases of lateral ventricle tumor.Results The 20 cases treated by the tumor totally removed,the other 12 cases treated by the tumor sub-total resection.after 6 months follow-up,the no death in patients scored by according to GOS outcome.Good recovery in 20 cases,daily life in 6 cases,severe disability in 2 cases,plant survival of 2 cases.Conclusion lateral ventricle tumor removalby microsurgical technique can improve the whole tumor cut rates,reduce morbidity and mortality.
