摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。方法采用回顾性研究,总结分析我院1988～2009年鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤23例患者的临床资料。结果16例采用手术治疗者中,9例死于局部复发及远处转移。其余均存活时间为10个月至3年不等。3例未手术者均于半年内死亡。失访4例。结论免疫组化等病理诊断有重要作用。综合治疗将明显提高鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤患者的疗效。Objective To approach the diagnosis treatment and prognosis for malignant melanoma in the nasal cavity.Methods 23 primary nasal malignant melanoma cases from 1988 to 2009were analyzed retrospectively.Results 9 patients died in the receive operation patients.3 patients were died in the patients not receiving operation.Conclusion It is very helpful for its diagnosis through immuno histochemistry staining.Combined treatment,operation and radiation,and it should be adopted.
