下颌阻生智齿拔除的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨下颌阻生智齿拔除中一些简捷、创伤小的方法并陈述术中危险因素及一些有效防范措施。方法应用牙铤及高速涡轮钻拔除。结果210例阻生第三磨牙,水平阻生146例,垂直阻生64例,均迅速拔除且未发生并发症,21例发生根折,因不足根尖1/3且为无菌未再处理。结论结合新技术可以缩短手术时间并减轻患者痛苦,有效的防范措施为手术切实可行地减少或避免了并发症的发生。Objective To explore the mandibular third-molar extraction in a number of concise, less trattmatic approach and presentation of intraoperative risk factors and some effective preventive measures. Methods pretty and high-speed turbine dental dr-ill removal. Results 210 cases of impacted third molars, impacted the level of 146 cases, 64 cases of vertical impaction, the rapid removal and did not have comp lications, 21 cases of root fracture occurred due to lack of apical 1 / 3 and the sterile no further treatment. Conclusion The combination o f new technologiescan reduce operating time and reduce the suffering of patiertand effective preventive measures for the practical operation t o reduce or avoid the complications.
