复方丹参片的临床应用及质量情况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和分析市场中复方丹参片产品质量状况和在临床应用情况,探讨中药药物资源的合理利用。方法:调查了解复方丹参片的临床应用情况,并依照《中华人民共和国药典》(2005版),对随机从医药市场流通中采集的45个不同企业生产的近百批次复方丹参片质量进行实验比较和分析。结果:市场调查结果显示复方丹参片的应用数量和应用人群呈逐年上升趋势;而市场中复方丹参片产品之间质量差异很大。结论:临床应用中复方丹参片产品的质量差异过大,导致药物资源的浪费和药品不合理应用,建议进一步提高和完善复方丹参片的国家药典标准。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the quality and utilization of Compound Danshen Tablets sold in the market and to discuss the rational use of traditional Chinese medicinal resources. METHODS： The clinical utilization of Compound Danshen Tablets was investigated,and the quality of about 100 batches of Compound Danshen Tablets samples （from 45 manufacturers） collected randomly from the pharmaceutical market was compared and analyzed experimentally in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China （2005 edition）. RESULTS： Market research results showed that both the consumption quantity and the number of consumers of Compound Danshen Tablets rose year by year; while there were great differences in terms of the quality of Compound Danshen Tablets sold in the market. CONCLUSION： There were considerable quality differences for Compound Danshen Tablets in clinical application which resulted in a waste of drug resources and unreasonable utilization of medicines. It is suggested to further enhance and improve the national pharmacopoeia standards for Compound Danshen Tablets.
