摘  要:以苯酚与醛类活性剂LP为原料,制备了复合型高温交联剂WLX-1,并对此交联剂的作用机理及稳定性进行了评价,确定了交联剂WLX-1的最佳配方:苯酚浓度为300mg/L、活性剂LP浓度为1500mg/L,将其在常温下放置65d后,仍保持良好的交联稳定性。部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与此交联剂在高温下能生成强凝胶与可动凝胶体系,实验结果表明,将可动凝胶在110℃下放置30d后,其粘度保持率在80%左右,说明生成的凝胶具有较强的热稳定性,且该体系成本较低、制备步骤简单、可推广应用到不同复杂油藏的调堵工艺措施中。A compound thermostable crosslinker WLX - 1 was prepared using phenol and aldehyde activator LP as raw materials. The mechanism of action and stability of the crosslinker were evaluated. The optimum formulation of WLX - 1 was determined as follows: concentration of phenol was 300 mg/L, concentration of the activator LP was 1 500 mg/L. The crosslinker still maintained good crosslinking stability after placed at ordinary temperature for 65d. At high temperature, partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and the crosslinker were able to generate a strong gel and a movable gel system. The experimental result showed that the viscosity of the movable gel system kept about 80% after put at 110 ℃ for 30d that showed the generated gel had strong thermal stability. The cost of the system was-low and preparation process was simple so it was suitable to apply in profile control and water shut - off of different complex reservoirs.
