摘　　要：2009年长江干线完成货运量12．2亿吨，规模稳居世界内河第一。长江2010年货运量预计将达到13亿吨，其中．外贸运输量将达到4.5亿吨，港口集装箱吞吐量将达到1600万标箱。长江作为沟通我国东部沿海和西南腹地的运输大动脉，在国民经济中具有不可替代的作用。＂In December 2009, during his inspection tour of Sinotrans CSC Co., Ltd., vice premier Zhang Dejiang put forward the objective of promoting the construction of ＇un-obstructive Yangtze, efficient Yangtze, safe Yangtze and green Yangtze＇ , which provides a clear direction for the development of Sinotrans CSC. In order to achieve this objective, emphasis must be laid on both software and hardware and a coordinated development＂. Mr. Liu Xihan, the Deputy of National People＇s Congress and the Deputy director, secretary general of Sinotrans CSC said during an interview with the reporter.
