高校扩大来华留学生规模的措施

摘　　要：高校发展留学生教育是由学校发展和社会需求所决定的。高校应该把握目前大好的机遇,扩大留学生规模。本文提出了思想重视、体制保障、质量保证、注重特色、完善日常管理等5项扩大留学生规模的措施。The requirements of universities themselves and society decide that the international students education should be developed.Universities should catch the good chances to develop international students education.This paper summed up five approaches for developing international students education.The approaches included the recognition in the minds,safeguard in the regulations,assurance of the education quality as well as emphasizing the speciality of the university and perfecting the details of the management.
