摘　　要：住房是城镇居民基本生活保障，房价直接影响其消费结构和生存质量。房价控制在城镇居民容忍度之内，不仅有利于房市的健康发展，同时也利于不断提高人民的生活质量。当前，我国的房价已逐渐超过了居民的容忍度，因此积极采取有效措施控制房价，明确现阶段居民房价容忍度标准，是当前保持我国经济社会稳定的重要措施。Regarded as the basic life security, Housing have a direct impact on urban residents＇ consumption structure and life quality. Controlling the Price of housing within urban residents＇ price tolerance, Not only have advantages to develop the real estate market healthy but also have advantages to improve people＇s quality of life. Currently, the Price of housing have exceed urban residents＇ tolerance gradually, so, taking effective measures to control the price of housing positively, clearing the standards of housing prices tolerance for residents at this stage, is important measure to maintain China＇s economic and social stability.
