摘  要:基于新产业区内大量中小企业集聚的生产模式与大型企业福特制生产模式的对比,与小商品销售领域内小商品市场空间集聚与大型商场专卖两种销售模式的对比的内在相似性,将新产业区理论引入小商品销售领域,第一次从新产业区角度分析小商品市场空间集聚现象,着重从根植性、机构稠密性、柔性生产三个最能体现新产业区空间集聚特征的方面对小商品市场空间集聚现象进行分析,论证了小商品市场空间集聚现象同样具有新产业区产业集聚特征,新产业区理论可以用以指导商品销售领域的发展。同时,从新产业区理论角度出发,对我国小商品市场空间集聚的发展提出指导性意见。Based on the intrinsic similarity of contrast between a large number of gathering production modes of SMEs and Ford production modes of large enterprises in the new production region, and contrast between commodity market spatial agglomeration sales mode and large - scale shopping malls Monopoly sales mode in commodity sales area, the paper introduces the new industrial zone theory into the field of commodity sales to analyze commodity spatial agglomeration, and analyzes the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration of commodity market from the aspects that can best embody the characteristics of spatial agglomeration in industrial zones, such as deeply rooted, institutional dense nature and flexible production, demonstrating the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration commodity market has industrial clustering features of the new industrial area, and the new industrial district theory can be used to guide the development of the field of commodity sales. Meanwhile, it puts up guidance for development of China's commodity market spatial concentration from the point of view of new industrial district theory.
